O sistema de defesa antimíssil da Aliança Atlântica

Resumo

Esta breve intervenção está organizada em quatro tópicos. Com o primeiro procuramos saber a resposta aos motivos que levam a Aliança a desenvolver esta capacidade militar; em segundo lugar interessa perceber como é desenvolvido o sistema. Falar em defesa antimíssil na NATO implica forçosamente falar em novas formas de dissuasão e no reforço do link transatlântico, tema a abordar no terceiro tópico e, por último é forçoso abordar ainda a temática da cooperação com a Rússia (RUS).

This brief intervention is organized into four topics. With the first we try to know the answer to the reasons that lead the Alliance to develop the military capacity, and secondly interested to see how the system is developed. Speaking on the NATO missile defense necessarily involves talking about new forms of deterrence and strengthening the transatlantic link, topic to be addressed in the third topic, and finally it must also address the issue of cooperation with Russia (RUS).
