Resumo

O presente estudo sustenta que os Direitos Fundamentais encontram em Inglaterra, e não nos Estados Unidos da América, ou em França, a respetiva origem ideológica e constitucional.

The present study sustains that Fundamental Rights find in England, not in the United States of America, or in France, their origin, both ideological and constitutional.
