O lobbying. Origem, desenvolvimento e perspectivas

Resumo

O lobbying vem sendo uma actividade que assume uma importância cada vez maior no funcionameno dos sistemas políticos modernos. Neste trabalho procuramos rever sucintamente a sua origem, assinalando as principais vantagens e riscos da actividade e identificando os traços fundamentais da sua regulação nos EUA. Na segunda parte debruçamo-nos sobre o lobbying na Europa, salientando as diferenças fundamentais e analisando os primeiros documentos reguladores.
